Please email customer care at journeelumiere509@gmail.com for all return requests, make sure to put “RETURN” in the subject line of your e-mail.  Customer has 30 days from date of shipment to return item, after 30 days all sales are final. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unmodified.  Sealed products will not be accepted if seal is broken.  If items are not returned as such, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
